His parents are:

Levi Phelps born Feb.19, 1850 in Ira Cayuga, Co, New York. Married
Feb.18,
1882 in Arcadia Lapear, Co, Mich. to Anna DEGROTH born March 17, 1700 in
Surry, Co, Mich.
