Hi List,
This is my first posting to the list and I hope someone can help.
I recently moved house and, while packing years of "junk", I came across an
old tattered, brown folder which I cannot recall seeing before.
It has written on the front "Keith's Diary" and on the inside of the cover
there is a name Mrs A. E. SCOTT, Mosman and an old phone number. The diary
is apparently that of a young man in the Airforce and the first entry is on
24 July 1944. I have not read further!! It is all type written.
I would love to return this to it's rightful family.
There is also a small book of poems "Silent his Wings" by Coralie Clarke
REES, also to Mrs SCOTT and signed by the author.
If any one can help me trace this SCOTT family who were living in Mosman
during the war I would be grateful, and I would think, so would they.
Many thanks
Cath
Now on the Mid North Coast.
