Dear Michelle,
During the years 1948-1951 inclusive, I went to Miss BUDDEN's
kindergarten at Hunter's Hill, NSW.
Also, there was an architect BUDDEN who designed a number of houses
built in Hunter's Hill very early last century.
I don't have details but I'm sure the Hunter's Hill Historical Society
(which is located within the Town Hall precinct) could help. Have a
look at http://www.huntershill.nsw.gov.au/
Regards,
Ian Meggitt.

Subject: BUDDEN BIDDEN BIBBEN
Hello to all
I am looking for any references to the surname BUDDEN or BIDDEN or
BIBBEN or any other variant you may think appropriate. I would love
to hear from anyone who may have come across this name in their
research, or even today. I have a branch that begins and ends with a
female (Jane) with this name, I am trying to ascertain if she had
brothers and who her parents were. She was a minor (17 I think) in
1843 when she married, and her mother was a widow at this time. I
cannot find a birth for her or an entry into NSW.
Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.
Michelle
