Hi Jennifer

Cannot assist with the photographer...but decided to look at Tamworth
Cemetery Inscriptions by Roma Waldron that I have. In Tamworth there were
both many people with the surname Swaine and Swan.

On particular one caught my eye.
Swan R.J. (Charles) 1884 died 26.4.1965
Husband of Emma. father of Pearl, Bill, Ruby, and Lin

RC Section T/B

There are other Swans listed in the RC section and more in the C of E
section

regards
Lesley Uebel

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I have a very bad photocopy of a wedding photograph that I am trying to
identify. The photographer's name down the bottom is G. A. SOLOMONS of
TAMWORTH.

Has anyone ever heard of the above photographer's and know by any chance if
they might still be existence ( I am being hopeful I know)? The caption on
the photograph says the couple were married about 1906. The names as far as
I can make out are Charlie/Charles SWAN/SWANE (not sure about this surname)
and Emma LAIRD. Does anyone recognise any of these names?

Regards

Jennifer McNeill
