Dear List

I have just found that my ggg grandmother had been in her second marriage.

Edward DYDE
Born c1794 Pebworth, Gloucester, England - Convict
married second wife Jane FLANNERY 1849.
One son Edward Benjamin DYDE born 1850 Greendale NSW
married Emma Caroline TATUM 1879.

Jannet FLANNERY was nee MCCLOUD.
She married a Dennis FLANNERY 1840 in Cobbity
Dennis died in 1847 Mulgoa and then she married Edward DYDE.

Jannet and Dennis seem to have had one child Mary FLANNERY 1846

Jannet and Edward had one child Edward.

I have tried to see if Jannet and/or Dennis were convicts but to no avail.
It does appear but I have not confirmed that Jannet went back to her maiden
name of McCLOUD after Edward died.

If any one can shead any light onto these double marriages I would welcome
their input.

Warmest wishes
