Dear Listers,

I was wondering if someone could help me. I am looking for a James SINCLAIR.

According to the death certificate of James SINCLAIR, who died in 1898 in Melbourne, he married Eleanor DINGWALL in Albury in 1871. The only record that may be possible, that I can find, in a marriage of James to Eleanor KEYS in Albury in 1874.

Also according to the death certificate, he had a son James SINCLAIR who was 24 in 1898. So he would have been born about 1874. I can't find a record of birth for him around this time, in NSW or Victoria. Any ideas?

Also, I have been trying unsuccessfully to find the death of James the son. The only one that may fit that I have found, in NSW or Vic, is for one that I found on NSW bdm online. It was for James Sinclair, son of James and Elenor, who died in Casino in 1940. I was hoping that SKS might be able to give me some more information on this person to see if it is mine, before I order a certificate.
