Hello everyone.
I have just joined this list a couple of weeks ago, and have enjoyed
reading and learning so much from the postings. I have always wanted to
trace back my family tree, and am finally getting to it. Any advise
would be much appreciated.
I am mostly interested in finding the roots of my paternal side, quite a
unique Portuguese name....Milhomens. I can easily trace back as far as
my great grandparents, but am starting to dig further back. The other
names associated with my family are: Pereira (paternal grandfather) Brum
(paternal mother).
I already have a lead on someone who has information on the Milhomens,
but should anyone else have come across this name, could you please pass
along your info.
As well, does anyone have any information on records kept here in
Canada?
