Joan,

There are 3 Municipal Councils on Graciosa, with each
having a number of Civil Parishes and Ecclesiastic
Parishes.

Civil Parishes--(Ecclesiastic Parishes)

Santa Cruz has-Guadalupe (Our Lady of Guadalupe and
St. Anthony), Luz (Our Lady of Light), Praia (St.
Matthew), and Santa Cruz (Holy Cross-Mother Church)

Calheta has-Calheta (St. Catherine-Mother Church and
Our Lady of Consolation), Norte Pequeno (St. Lazarus),
Ribeira Seca (St. James, St. Sebastian-Curate of Sao
Tiago Parish, Holy Christ), Santa Antao (St. Anthony),
and Topo (Our Lady of the Holy Rosary).

Velas has-Manadas (St. Barbara), Norte Grande (Our
Lady of the Snows and St. Anthony), Rosais (Our Lady
of the Holy Rosary), Santo Amaro (St. Maurus),
Urzelina (St. Matthew), and Velas (St. George-Mother
Church) and St. Ann)
