Dear Paul

As you know that Henry Charles married Lily Priscilla in September 1899 it
sounds as if you already have a copy of their Marriage Certificate. Could
you let us know where they were married and the names of their fathers which
will assist Listers to help you with your quest. His age on marriage
(unless of course the Certificate says 'full age') would also help. Armed
with that information it may be possible to discover Henry Charles in the
1881 Census which will give his place of birth.
