The marriage is easy from the Oxfordshire Marriage Index:
PHIPPS Charles at OX St Ebbe to CROZIER Mary Ann on 1829 14 Jan

The 1851 (transcribed and indexed by Oxfordshire Family History Society)
gives Mary Ann's birth place as Oxford St. Aldate. Oxford City has a baptism
Index 1800 to 1837 which gives:
1807 5 Aug CROZIER Mary Ann d. James & Mary born 10 July
