TERI B. FORD 1927-2004
Teri B. Ford long time Trona and San Jacinto resident died peacefully in her sleep at home recently. She was 77.
A rosary will be said on Sunday, Nov. 21 at 3:30 at St. Anthony Catholic Church in San Jacinto (Hemet area). A Memorial Mass for Mrs. Ford will be held on Monday, Nov. 22, 11 am also at St. Anthony's with a reception folowing. Inurnment will be private.
Mrs. Ford spent many years working as an Administrtive Assistant to the Superintendent of Schools in Ridgecrest. Her husband Trammell was Principal, Teacher and Coach of many sports at Trona High School. Trammell and Teri lived in Trona from 1968 to 1984.
Mrs. Ford was an active community volunteer, working with the Woman's Club of San Jacinto, Valleywide Book Guild and Friends of the Library among other organizations. She and her husband Trammell Ford retired to the San Jacinto Valley in 1984. Mr. Ford who served as San Jacinto mayro and council member preceded her in death realted to Alzheimer's in 2000.
Her humor, caring spirit and friendship will be missed by all who loved her.

Mrs. Ford is survived by five children Candace and husband John Gray, Judith and husband Dan Smith, Kenneth and wife Beverly, Trammell Brady Jr., Fanci and husband Tom Stow. She is also survived by her younger brother Jerome Barila of Phoenix, Ariz. andher sister-in-law Juanita Alexander of Albuquerque, N.M.
"Granny Ma" also enjoyed her 11 grandchildren Robert, Danelle, Will and Andres Smith, Megan Ford Smith and Aleesha Ford, Trammell Brady Ford III and Brian Ford, Kelly, Ryan and Kaelen Stow. Mrs. Ford's great-grandchildren are Julia and McKenna Smith and she was expecting a new great-grandchild at the time of her most untimely death.
