Hello everyone,

I just wanted to share with everyone a success story that I have had in
using the Internet and List Servers as tools for doing genealogical
research.

I recently saw a message for the Ainscough surname on the Thompson list and
thought that I would respond to it. After doing so, I have found one of
the "lost" branches of the Thompson branch of our family tree. My cousin
and his wife, Ed and Cindy Durbin, have been doing research on the same
part of the Thompson family for years and this is the first break that
either of us have had in this area.

We are very excited and in the middle of trading pictures and data about
our families and I hope to meet them personally some day.

Keep up the hard work folks. It has paid off for us!
