Yet another message but with more information which might catch someones
eye. I am still looking for information on the parents of
William Campbell who was born 1759 in Charlotte, North Carolina and died
April 1838 in Warwick, Indiana. William was married to Elizabeth Bogan,
born 20 October 1766 Marion Co. South Carolina.
William and Elizabeth had nine children. They were James b 14
Dec 1786, Jennet b 27 Jan 1788, Thomas b 14 Jan 1790, Rachel b 16 Feb
1792, Lettice b 11 Feb 1796, Synthia b 13 Dec 1798, Polly Ann b 13 Feb
1801, Elizabeth by 20 May 1803, and Samuel b 4 May 1806.

William and Elizabeth Bogan Campbell were married on 14 March 1785;
Until 1796 they lived in Union District., SC they then moved to Madison
Co.,KY then to Logan Co. KY. In 1813 they moved to Warrick Co. (Boon
Township), IN. until their death

William had two brothers, George and Thomas. I don't know if they were
older or younger brothers, but I assume they were within ten years +/-
of William born in 1759 in Charlotte,NC.

If anyone should have any information on the parents of a
William, George or Thomas Campbell born in Charlotte, NC from 1750 to
1770 I would greatly appreciate your assistance in tracing my family
history back another generation and hopefully back to Scotland.

Sincerely,
Randal L. Campbell
