BELL _ Dylan Hunter July 13, 1995 to July 14, 2007 Dylan passed away
suddenly, yet peacefully at B.C. Children's Hospital on Saturday, July 14th,
2007, after celebrating his special 12th birthday with family and friends.
Dylan had fought a long ten year battle with a rare disease, Primary
Pulmonary Hypertension, yet he always remained strong, active, determined
and cheerful. Although Dylan required a large support network for which our
family will always be grateful, he will best be remembered for the way he
embraced the joys life had to offer, his sense of humor, his unwavering love
and heartache for his brother and bestfriend, Hunter Alex Bell, who passed
away just over two years ago at the tender age of 7, and his profound
acceptance and approach to life and its daily challenges. Dylan was a young
man that lived life to the fullest and was wise beyond his years. His desire
to help those less fortunate and his ability to teach others through his own
experiences and outlook is a rare quality this beautiful soul will leave
with us forever. A fighter to the end, Dylan will be eternally remembered
and treasured by his loving mother, Ariane, and father, Darren. He will also
forever be held in the hearts of his Grandy, Judy Pederson, Grandpa Don
Bell, Mamie Louise Pigeon, Grampy Ernie Pederson, as well as other close
family members and his many friends and the community he touched in his
short meaningful life. A service to celebrate Dylan's journey will be held
on Saturday, July 21st, 2007 at St. Helen's Anglican Church at 11:00 am,
located at 4405 West 8th Ave., in Vancouver (across from his favourite park,
Trimble Park). In lieu of flowers, Dylan would have preferred donations in
his honour at any Prospera Credit Union Branch (reference South Granville
Branch, Acct # 2356434), to be made toward finding a cure to this rare
life-threatening disease, as well as funding a gift to his community in his
memory. Alternatively, donations in Dylan's name can be made to the
charitable organization, the BC Pulmonary Hypertension Society,
