I just learned of this list. Although I have posted to Coulter Gang Web
site and Gen Forum web site, I want to make known my Coulters.

John Coulter b 1795 Ga md Mary Wilcox in Monroe Co Ms 1820 and

his brother
Edward Dixon Coulter md Lorrainey Wilcox Mon ms 1824.


Both these families and brother of Mary aand Lorrainey Wilcox,
James Wilcox, with his family settled in Winston Co Ms early 1830s when
Indian lands opened up.

Census records show the Coulter men and Wilcoxes to be born in Ga.

I have informations on the families of John and Edward COULTER and James
WILCOX.

Does anyone know about a James Coulter who was in Lauderdale Co, Al in 1830?

Or a James COLTER Who had Headright & Bounty grant Effingham Co Ga
200 acres 1796.

A James COLDER Grant in McIntosh Co 350 acres 1803.

A James COLTER , Jefferson County, Matthews military Dist., increased
draws for Rev soldiers, etc., drew land, Lot 48, 4th section. in Habersham
Co.in 1820.

Any help appreciated. I am at a standstill as to the parents of John and
Edward.......Mary
