I am also a descendant of samuel and william....
i cannot find anything preceding samuel and jennie neil but i can over my info on william s. coulter ....

married letha faye gallup/gallop (no records on her info is from my grandfather)
they had five children: Letha (m. byron backes), Alice (m. jack davis- is this your family?), geneva (m. jack meyers, widowed, m. jack faria) arthur william (this is my grandpa-m. gertrude elizabeth daly), and raymond fletcher.
letha faye deceased 9 days after raymond's birth in 1930.
i would love to hear from you to compare information on williams children (=
