Hi! My name is Denise Woodside and I'm the new
mailing list administrator for the COULTER mailing
list. I saw that it was on the "orphaned" list so I
gladly took it over.

I married just a year ago, and my mother-in-law is a
Coulter. So I know very little about this line, which
means I have a lot of catching up to do.

Little is known about my husband's grandfather, John
Abraham Coulter. He left his wife while she was
pregnant with her second child and we honestly don't
know if he is living or dead, although he'd be fairly
old (approx 80). While married, he lived in Franklin
County, OH, but his mother and brother (Beethe and
Duard) lived in Putnam County, WV. Last visit to them
in the 70s, they had not heard from John. Beethe's
maiden name was Wolfe, but I do not know her husband's
name.

If this sounds at all familiar to anyone's story, I'd
love to hear from you.

My records show that we have 110 subscribers to the
COULTER mailing list, which is awesome!! I'm sure we
will have a lot to share with each other.
