Seeking for John Abraham COULTER, born approx 1920s in Putnam County WV. Mother was Beethe (Wolfe) Coulter and brother Duard. John moved to Franklin County, OH in the 1940s, married Mary Elizabeth LEHMAN, had one child and then left his wife when she was pregnant with the second. His where abouts have been unknown since.
