Looking for the parents of my great-grandmother Celia Virginia Coulter.
Basic information I have is as follows:

Celia Virginia Coulter was born 26 Jan 1843 at Cane Hill in Washington
County, AR and died ca 1929 in Taney County MO.

I have been told that Celia's parents were William and Mary Coulter. William
was born in Taney County MO and Mary was born in Indian Territory (now OK).
Both died in Taney County MO. However, I have no confirmation of this
information.

Celia first married James C Barbour on 26 Jan 1860. He died during the Civil
War on 27 Oct 1863. They had children but apparently none lived.

She then married Thomas Mack Hamilton on 28 Jan 1866. Thomas was born in
1838 in Hawkins County TN and died 16 May 1913 and is buried at the National
Cemetery in Fayetteville AR. Thomas and Celia Coulter Hamilton had 6
children.
