The father of GEORGE W COULTER of muskingum Co. & Licking Co., Ohio was JOHN
P. COULTER, according to Cedar Hill Cemetery records. Since George was first
located in MUSKINGUM CO., OHIO, I looked there for his father and found a
JOHN P. COULTER, born in Germany, married to an ANN who was born in VA.
According to census records and death records, GEORGE COULTER was born in
District of Columbia about 1824.

Does anyone know anything about this JOHN P. COULTER, who was born in
Germany, moved to Muskingum co, Ohio, and married to ANN ________?

Any clues are welcomed.
