I am trying to locate my uncle ,his name is James Samual Coulter.He was born in Georgia ,I beleive ,Dec 12,1933.

James left Georgia around 1953 and never returned.He has 3 brothers and two sisters.Corine Coulter Page,Elizabeth Coulter (passed away in 1992 or 93) Elloitt Perry Coulter and Harry Allen Coulter ( My Father) His mother was ,Effie Willie Mae and his Father was Elliott Coulter.We have heard he may be living in Californa,but we are not sure.If anyone knows anything about James .Please email me .My father needs to know ,if he is living or dead.
