Still looking for information on the birth (1743) location and parents of
Archibald Coulter. Archibald was a resident of the Gettysburg, PA area
owning land first in the Whitehall, PA area and later on the eastern edge of
Gettysburg (Rock Creek). He died in 1806 and is buried in the "Pines Burial
Ground" part of St Pauls Lutheran Church near Hunterstown, PA. His spouse
was Susannah Kerr, daughter of Josiah Kerr and Mary Dinwiddie. Josiah Kerr
was born in Chester Co(?), lived for a period of time in Middle Octoraro
area of Lancaster Co. then relocated to Mt. Pleasant Twp. in York (now
Adams) Co. Need any information about these families and their ancestors. I
have considerable information about the descendants of these people. I also
need information on the family of John and Sarah of Sally Heagy Coulter,
eldest son of Archibald and Susannah Kerr Coulter.
