Sorry no Charity Coulter's in my data bases. My Ohio Coulter's begin with
Archibald Coulter who with spouse Levina Hazen Coulter located in Morgan
Co., Ohio sometime between 1850 and 1853 based on birth of their children.
I do know that there were other Coulter families in both Mercer and Crawford
Co's., PA that are not related to me. Check out census files for Mercer
Co., PA which are on line. Just search "Mercer Co." and sould come up. You
will find lots of Coulter information there including my family.
