I am seeking infomation on Andrew COULTER and his wife, Mary. They were married in Monroe County, OH. In 1860 they are in Marshall County, WV. By 1880 they have settled in Putnam County, WV. They had a daughter, Phoebe Jane Coulter born 1860, that married my DAUGHERTY ancestor, John in Putnam County in 1879. Other children of Andrew and Mary Coulter included: Martha, William, David, Ulyses, Elmore, Hanson, Avery and Henry.
