Interesting that you couldn't find Ernest Coulter on the 1920 census
because I too could not find Fred Coulter, who was a Dr., there or his
wife. I have been trying to determine his date of death but so far
no luck. I know for sure his wife was alive in 1920 and they lived in
Marinette, WI. They had a son named Lloyd who died in Florida.
Originally from Canada, our line is spelt Colter, but I notice the
family members who moved to the US started spelling their name Coulter.
Anyone else searching this line of Coulters?
Thanks for any help,
cheers,
linda
