Looking for information on George COULTER, who was from Cedar Rapids, Linn County, Iowa. He had likely been born and raised there circa 1865-1900.

In newspaper clippings, George is mentioned among Cedar Rapids boys serving in the US Navy in 1898 during the Spanish-American War. At this time he wrote home to his grandmother in Cedar Rapids, Elizabeth MILLS LILLY.

I am a descendant of Elizabeth Lilly and am curious to learn more about George and his connection to the family. Any information is welcomed!
