Searching for information about this family listed in 1900 Cheyenne Co., Nebraska:
Mrs. Mary J. Coulter, born Feb 1833 born in Ohio, a widow.
Living next door to her is a Wilbur Coulter, born Jan 1866 in Missouri, his parents born in Ohio, his wife is Lucy F. Both Wilbur and his wife can not "speak" English, both are listed as D & D (deaf and dumb)
Only other Coulter residing in the county is Warren Coulter, born April 1863 in Illinois, parents born in Ohio. Warren has wife Viola, and three children: Lester Coulter; Bernice Coulter; and Verna Coulter.
I am searching for any information on the Wilbur Coulter above, and only assuming that Warren and Mary J. Coulter are related, any help appreciated. Thank You, May
