Janet, I'm unable to attend the reunion, but would like to exchange family info with anyone who descends from the Coulters of County Donegal, Ireland (Raphoe diocese). My Richard and Catharine Coulter immigrated in 1793 to Pennsylvania from County Donegal, near the town of Killybeggs according to family tradition. They were Presbyterians, no doubt of Scottish descent. After a short time in Franklin County, PA, they settled permanently in Mercer County, PA.
