Alexander Coulter who was born around 1760.
He married Mary Moore and their daughter Delilah Coulter was born in 1786. Does this family tie into your Coulter family?

This my family and James Coulter in NY does not tie into this family. I have webpage and worldconnect on Our Alexander Coulter.
