Hello:

I'm researching Coulters from Armagh and have the church records from C of
I, Seagoe Parish. There is no record of a Robert Coulter or Eliza Boyd
being married or having children. There has been some chatter on this site
of Roberts in Co. Down. You may try some research in that County.
