I would be grateful for information on the genealogy of Charlotte Coulter (born abt 1835), who married Thomas Joseph Rogers (born about 1824, Lambeth) and then remarried William Burton (born 1817, Pimlico, London) between 1871 and 1881. Census data give very contradictory information on Charlotte' birth, variously Carmarthen, Wales or Kidderminster, Worcester or Westminster.
