suprug = husband
supruga = wife

usually father's name, mother's name (sometimes also spouses and
occupations)
perhaps a witness ?

Tuhlej is located 22 miles NNW of Zageb at the Slovenian border.
Martin is the Slovenian given name for Martin (E)
