Frances in Chicago you will find the Archdiocese of Chicago they might have an
obit for whom you are searching for records,
The Address is Archives and Records Center 5150 Northwest HighwayChigago, Ill
60630
They have the parish records that served Bohemian Catholics prior to 1884
St. John Nepomucene and St. Wenceslaus the two church's are closed but
the Archdiocese of Chicago will look for a name in their records that they
have. The other parish is
St. Procopius 1641 S. Allport Chicago Ill, 60608 you contact them directly as
this is
still a parish church. I wrote to the archives and St. Procopius in 1996
and they were very good about searching
for what I wanted to find. They list on letter from them they have School
Records,
Sacramental Records. Archives Records .
In the letter from them they said all pre 1910 addresses of Chicago area
should be
checked with the Chicago Historical Society the address is 1601 N. Clark
Street
Chicago, Ill 60614
Good Luck Pat
