Look at the map server:

http://maps.atlas.cz/mapa.asp?mapaid=3&pos=C23JQZosOxZZ

type the name Dub, choose "Cities and towns" and press "Hledej"

there are 8 Dubs in different counties.

You need to know more (with another village name you can identify the
county)
