Hi, Shirley.
The additional names on the certificate sound like the parents of each,
Josef and Frantisek being the males.
If you want history on the focal party you probably should start with
census indexes (soundexes) for Wisconsin for 1900, 1910 and 1920. There
are probably also court house records for the county in which Yuma is
located: land transactions, wills, birth and death records, etc.
The Bohemian National Cemetery may also have information in their files
regarding the burial--who purchased the plot, relationship, and maybe
something regarding cause of death.
If you want to go back to Europe in your search, there are undoubtedly
record in the archives over there, but someone else on the list will
have to suggest where and how to search.
I guess knowing where you are located, if not near Yuma, would help in
advising you how to mount your search in the US.
Good luck.
