Sorry, I also answered your email, but in my haste I sent it to another
list that I belong to -- (TexasCzechs).

I have sent the note again and hope that it may be helpful. The list on
the url really doesn't say a lot about what the books contain. As has
already abeen stated, this is just one person's attempt to read old
lists and extract names and dates, etc. He did the best he could.

As always, check the original or primary source of information if you
can to verify data that you get somewhere else. Even though sometimes
it may have taken you on a wild goose chase, at least you were going
somewhere and learning something rather than just floundering and
getting nowhere fast.

Mr. Baca is an individual who has spent much time over the last 20+
years searching the immigration lists to find Czechs who have immigrated
to the US from various ports. There have been 8 books published on
various ports and years. Info differs on each entry, but usually
contains the name, age, date of arrival and ship if available.
Sometimes it also includes where they were going and what their
occupation was.

The url below lists the individual books and an address and price list.
