Anastasia was the youngest daughter of Czar Nicholas and Czarina Alexandra
of Russia. The royal family was murdered in captivity in the winter of 1917
during the Boleshevic Revolution.

It has been contested that Anastasia could have survived; the
reasoning,....the bodies of already dead family could have shielded her from
harm. Anastasia was found beneath the bodies of her murdered family.

The name on here Anastasia and I am sure I have copied it wrong, is that the
same name as the Disney anastasia. A girl from work told me her family is
possibly descendent of anastasia and I Have been curious ever since. Does
anyone know the story about her. I want to make sure I have the czech
version more than the disney version. thanks. If I am out of line here,
sorry.
