To Mike Swarz -

Sebecice (note spelling) (German name is Sebeschitz) kept its records in
Drahonuv Ujezd. The records are stored in the Plzen Archives and begin in
1631. The judicial district is Rokycany.

Zloukovice (German name is Zloukowitz) kept its records in Nizbor. The
records are stored in the Prague State Archives and begin in 1719. Most of
the records are indexed, and many of the early ones have been filmed by the
archives.

Some records were also kept in Berunice and are stored in the Prague State
Archives beginning in 1787. The judicial district for Zloukovice is in
Rakovnik.

There are 2 Archives in Prague - the Prague City Archives which covers Prague
and its immediate environs, and the Prague State Archives which covers
central Bohemia. It is the Prague State Archives which is closed temporarily
until Nov. 1, after which its re-opening date will be released.

This information is found in Felix Gundacker's books: Dictionary of Bohemian
Parishes in the Czech Republic, and the Register of Vital Statistics in the
Czech State Archives, part 2.

For further information, including the address of the archives, please go to
Mr. Gundacker's web site at <http://ihff.nwy.at/index.htm>;. If you need
