the name seems to be misspeled.
There is a town named Sepekov SE from Milevsko (10km, I guess). It could be worth looking
to some old dictionary of the origin of the villages' names. Provided that "Sepekovy" was a possible
variant for Sepekov, then "born in Sepekovy" (declension !) is "narozen v Sepekovech" in Czech.
"S" and "T" can be misread in the old script (by someone not used to it).
Do not know if this is the right tip, however.
