Subject: [CZ] CZECH Surname Updates

The lists of surnames at the CZECH Mail List Web Site has been updated.
Access to the list is at:

http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~elainetmaddox/czsurname.htm

Each page is new everytime an update is made. It is not just a simple
matter of inserting a name in the proper location on the appropriate page;
it is a completely new page with all the HTML language added. I want to
emphasize that if you checked your name last time, do not assume they will
be correct this time. The entire process requires about ten steps, three
differnet programs, and your actual submission of the data the first time.
There are a number of places for errors. Generally speaking, if one of
your names is correctly entered, then all of them are likely OK.

Again, the most common mistake is the loss of the "@" sign in e-mail
addresses. For the "new" entries, I checked these addresses and they are
OK. For those of you who have never checked before, this is one thing to
check for.

Lastly, I occassionally find duplicates of the same name submitted by the
same person. In the last "go round", I "ran across" one name replicated
four times! On further checking, I found multiple replicates from the same
submitter. I have ways of programming my data base to search for such
duplicates and "weed them out", but it would be a lot easier if the
submitter just told me.

If errors are found, please let me know at:

I will correct any errors ASAP.
