I am new to this list and thought I would jump straight in. I hope someone
there is just sitting waiting with some other parts of this jig-saw puzzle.

I have just found this bit - Thomas TAYLOR and Mary TABB are the parents of
our William TAYLOR born 1828 Devon.

William TAYLOR married Johanna BROWN 5 September 1854 in the Parish Church
of St. Constantine, Milton Abbot, Devon.and they sailed for Australia
departing Plymouth on 27th Sept. 1854 on the "Birmingham".

Johanna was born 1831 in Devon and her father was John BROWN.

If there is anyone who is related or has information on them I would love to
hear from you.

Question - Is Milton Abbot the name of the place or is it Milton, Abbot.
Also is the Church of St. Constantine still standing and are there any
pictures etc. of it.
