Dear List,
I have a friend how has a long and fascinating hand-written Journal (1816-21)
of the foreign travels of a Captain Henry Foskett. Research into Army Lists,
Directories, the Devon IGI and 1851 Census has failed to find him. He was
believed to have come from the Tiverton area and I have found a Charles Foskett
living in Ashley House, Tiverton in Pigots 1830 Directory.

In desperation and frustration I am turning to this list in the hope that
someone can point me in the right direction.
