Subject: Searching for MOXEY in Exeter

I am researching my family with the surname of Moxey.

My grandfather was born in Exeter appr. 1885

William Henry MOXEY

It appears that he left the UK when he was 14 years old, went to Canada
worked as a lumberjack before joining the Canadian Army. I am not sure
when he returned to England but it is believed that although he had
married and had a couple of children in Canada he married again on his
return to Exeter and had children. He then married again in London
approx 1918 to Rose Ellen Claydon.
