Am putting together the service history of my Royal Marine Stephen Humphries on Achilles @ Trafalgar.; for a celebration in Oct at Action Round Salop
in particular I would like to know
1/When did -date-the "ERIPHEGENE' take Bonaparte's officers to Malta ?
2/ Date ERIPHEGENE go to the West Indies and return ?
3/ date Gen Ross sail from the River Chesapeak to Baltimore and what date he was SHOT ?
4/Who was the Admiral on the IMPREGNABLE at Algiers
5/When -date Major Lewis sailed for Bermudas and the name of his ship?
6/ Any info about the prisoner exchange that took place at Gulf Of Venus 1806 ships there Achilles and Eagle.
7/What was the value of a Naval pension for a non officer Royal marine in 1827 ?
any info for any of the above would be greatly appreciated
