Hello , I am new to family history and I would like to trace the ancestry of a Mr Francis Joseph Holmes , born 22 September 1920 and died in 1995. On the England and Wales Civil Registration Death Index : 1993- 2002 the death reg month/year is Apr/95 , district Torbay , reg A69A , entry 212.

Also Mr Reginald Charles Pillar Hello , born 1905 , Totnes on the England and Wales Civil Registration Index : 1837 - 1983 volume 5b page 152.

Unfortunately I live in North Scotland and cant readily access information. I would most appreciate any information on these people and I would also welcome any advice with my research.
