Hello Ian

It might be as well to remember that Registration Districts cover a
large area. For example, Totnes RD covered Brixham; Buckfastleigh;
Dartmouth; Harberton; Paignton; Totnes; and Ugborough.

In particular, the PILLAR family has a long association with
Dartmouth. There are several of us on this list who are interested in
it. I haven't got Reginald Charles in my database, but if you bought
the birth certificate it would take you back to the age of available
censuses! Then we might be able to give you lots of details.
