Tip. If you need a follow-up visit to Kew while you are in Devon, Devon FHS
branches run occasional inexpensive coach day trips for members.Looks like
a long day but saves werr and tear. If you are in DFHS check the Journal,
if not contact me and I can look for you.
Plymouth RO has fairly easy parking in an industrial area ( also handy
buses )and the staff are very helpful If you email or write to them I am
sure they will tell you what they have compared to Exeter. Plymouth RO has
local PRs on fiche/film.
Have you seen Kews data sheets-also online I believe- re Naval Records?
I will follow listers replies carefully as I am only just starting on my
Naval ancestors.
