In Edward FELTAM's Will of 1786 he mentions a Bond for 100 Pounds owed to
him by James RYMAN of Worth, near Cranborn. Does any one know where Worth is
and if it is, or was, a house or a village? I cannot find it on any map, old
or new.
Edward & Jane FELTHAM had all their children baptised in Shapwick, Dorset
from 1779 and they both were buried there. Edward left Blacksmithys in
Shapwick & Witchampton to his sons in his will. I have been unable to trace
Edward and Jane's marriage or their births.
If any one has links to this family or knows where Worth was please let me
know.
Hoping for a lead
Jocie
