You have responded regarding the 1851 Leigh census and the name ANDREWS, by giving a catalogue of details on the SPENCER family. I wonder if these are my people? The info I have so far is that my Great Grandfather Thomas John SPENCER was born in Kinson (Kingston) Dorset. Etc... Kind regards Mike Spencer.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is as confused as the rest of us. If you do a locality search on Kinson the catalogue returns "see England, Dorset, Kingstone" However the problem gets worse because within this Kingstone catalogue reference you will get legitimate records for Kinson as part of Canford Magna but also entries for the Chapelry of Kingston in the parish of Corfe-Castle

Give the catalogue a look: http://www.familysearch.org/Search/searchcatalog.asp

Hope this adds to the confusion. :-)
