Hello George
You will find that the Family History Society Marriage Indexes finish in
1837 when Civil Registration commenced so will not include any marriages
after this date.

I have posted a message to the list about obtaining marriage (and other)
certifcates.

My copy of the "Guide to the Location of Dorset Parish Registers" is rather
out of date now, but in 1991 the marriage registers for Frome St Quintin
from 1837 had not been deposited with the County Record Office and were
still with the incumbent. Of course, Rosa may have moved away and married in
a different parish. Without knowing the parish in which she married or the
name of Rosa's husband it will be very difficult for anyone on the list to
help you. I assume you know the name of Rosa's husband, in which case your
best bet is a search of the GRO indexes in order to buy a certifcate.
